What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options including GCash, Maya, Dragonpay, and major credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard). Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select Metro Manila areas.

How long does shipping take within the Philippines?

Orders within Metro Manila typically arrive in 2-3 business days. For provincial orders, please allow 5-7 business days depending on your location and chosen courier.

Are your car accessories and parts genuine?

Yes, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable manufacturers and authorized distributors.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and has not been installed or used.

Can I track my order status?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.

Do you offer installation services?

Currently, All Cars PH is a retail-only store. However, we can recommend partner service centers in your area for professional installation of specific parts and accessories.
