  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier partner location nationwide.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original payment method.
